What does my order status mean?
Order Received - We have received payment and your order is now on our system.
Processing - Your order is being printed, changes cannot be made now.
New Image requested - This means your images did not pass the quality check and our designer had concerns regarding your images. Please click here for more information.
Shipped - It has left our work shop and is in transit. Please click here for more information.
Pending - This usually means you have paid via Paypal e-check which takes a few weeks for payment to clear, please contact us (info@grangeprint.com) if your order has been at this status for more than 2 weeks.
Cancelled - We have cancelled your order, please contact us (info@grangeprint.com) with your order number for more information if you believe this is incorrect.
