How do I subscribe and unsubscribe from emails?
To sign up to receiving our email newsletters or to stop receiving them please login to your account, click on my account and then click Subscribe/Unsubscribe under Newsletter, change your selection and click the blue continue button to save the changes.
Alternatively you can click the link that appears at the bottom of our email promotions that says unsubscribe.
