Artwork Raffle - To raise funds for the NHS Nottingham City Hospital

Support our NHS by entering our raffle to win a piece of outstanding artwork.

All proceeds will be donated to the Nottingham City Hospital.

Local artist Herbie Hare, formed an interest in art from a very early age.  By attending a local children's art class in East Bridgford, Herbie's passion grew and he went on to study Art and work on pieces as a hobby.

Whilst working in a diner in Cornwall, Herbie decided to use his skills and create artwork for the walls.  Customers often commented on his fabulous paintings and Herbie began to sell them.  On moving back to Nottingham, Herbie began to realise his dreams and set up his own studio at home in his garage.   Herbie began restoring and up-cycling antique furniture with a modern twist, using amazing fabrics and vibrant coloured paint.  Herbie went on to work with mannequin lamps and various clothes and shoes, adding his own unique touch.  Herbie went on to have great success selling from a gallery in Nottingham.   Herbie has an impressive client list buying his pieces, Jade Jagger to name one.

After his father sadly passed away last year at the City Hospital, Herbie would like to give something back.  With the added pressure put on the NHS with COVID-19, now seems the perfect time.

Herbie has selected 5 pieces for this raffle and winners will be announced after the closing date on 6/6.

1. Handbag.  A true original!  Lipstick on one side and tattoo heart shape on the other.  Acrylic paint with high gloss waterproof lacquer.

2. Hare.  Acrylic on deep edge canvas.  8x6"

3. 2 hearts.  NHS blue Plaster hearts on deep edge canvas.  10x8"

4. Torso Lamps.  Up-cycled mannequin lamp with chrome shade.

5. Horizon Canvas.  Beautiful 30x20" acrylic painted canvas.

7. 24x24 photo collage canvas of your choice.
